Are you curious about breathwork?
In recent years, I’ve experienced the benefits of a regular breathwork practice—greater calm, clarity, and connection to my body. In 2025, I undertook professional training to deepen this work and share it with others.
The approach I offer is Full Conscious Breath—a gentle, restorative style that supports you to reconnect with your natural breathing pattern, without force or intensity.
Unlike more cathartic breathwork styles, this practice is slow, grounded, and accessible. It allows your body to settle, your nervous system to regulate, and insight to emerge in its own time.
Through guided breathing, awareness, and sound, this work can support:

Each session flows into a soundbath experience, allowing the breathwork to integrate through vibration, stillness, and rest. Sessions run between 1–2 hours, giving you time to arrive, explore, and fully unwind.
